Today has been a great day, first of all, I got paid
, just got to wait for the money to clear, hopefully it wont be long, kinda need the money…logged on to internet banking today, and it said I had gone overdrawn…and I dont have a overdraft…last time that happened Llyods TSB tried to charge me £26 for going 5p overdrawn. Hoping it wont happen again, although with Barcleys now…and hopefully if I do get a letter I can explain what happened and it will all get sorted.
In even better news, I phoned my mum during my lunch break today, in which she said there was a letter for me, that said it was from Dorchester…the Police HQ is in Dorchester, and thats all I could think it could be, spent the rest of the day waiting to get home to open it.
Anyway to cut a long story short, I’ve passed the initial paper sift! (IPT). Over the moon about it, wasn’t expecting to hear back until a month or so, I’ve got to go for a open evening on the 16th of September, also got the chance to do a mock fitness test, which I will most likely do, still a little worried about the bleep test, believe I can do the push and pull test without any trouble. Still need to find out how long I need to run for so I can start working upto it at the gym.

Today I had a interview for the restpite home that my brother goes to, to help out during the summer, and now will be working there a few times during the summer, which is pretty cool, really looking forward to it, just need to find a way of doing the training, its Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, and I work those evenings, hopefully I can get something sorted out though.
Also, cleaned my room today, was going to be getting a new bed, well, sisters old bed as shes getting a new one, and had to clean my room, which took a while, but worth it, I’m now changing a few things, at the moment I have a built in wardrobe, but changing that, I’m putting my TV in my wardrobe thing (hard to explain…hole in a wall really), taking the shelves out and putting new and bigger ones in, bottom one will be for my TV, then my Xbox, and then DVD’s, Games and Books along the rest. Should hopefully make it look neater, at the moment I’ve got wires all over my desk. Also getting rid of my desk, only use it to put my TV on, so taking up room, and thats where my wardrobe is going to go.
Getting the wardrobe tomorrow, and then hopefully over the next few days I’ll get the rest of it all sorted out.
Watched the F1 over the weekend…great win for Webber, even better of him as he had a drive though, hopefully there will be a lot more for him. Little annoyed with the BBC though, was at work on Saturday so couldn’t watch the qualifying, so was going to watch it when I got back from work on BBC iPlayer, just as I sit down the news is on, and they give the results, really annoyed me, although not as much as when they told the results before it was replayed again when the race was on at 6am. That really was annoying.

Found a rather cool game online a few days ago, and finally finished it, great fun though.
Can you escape?
Worried about our cat, Baloo, our neighbour came round earlier and said that he was in their garden and looked like he had hurt his foot, she brought him round and he is limping, I phoned the vets, hoping he could go today, but they didn’t have anything until tomorrow, so taking him up at 9.10, he doesn’t appear in much pain at the moment, just when he is walking. But still jumping up on the chairs and stuff, so hopefully its nothing too bad. Spike (our other cat) keeps hissing at him though, but they are both asleep on the chair now, so hopefully he will leave him alone.
Little worried about pay day…normally get paid around 11pm on Thursday, but still not got paid yet, changed bank accounts few weeks ago, just hope its all sorted in time…kinda need the money at the moment.

Public Enemies…fantastic film, loved every minute of it, I dont want to give too much away incase you want to watch it, but even if he was committing all those crimes, I still wanted him to get away with it and live happily after. Really put me in the mood to watch some Gangster films…if anyone can recommend me some, that would be great.
Typing is getting a little hard at the moment, got Baloo (My cat) sat on my arm at the moment, is cute to start with, but then gets rather annoying after a while, but gives me a chance to watch One Tree Hill, got the finish the season before Thursday evening…then its payday and I can get season 4 of Prison Break…so everything gets put on hold for that hehe.

I’m sure I’m not that only person who finds it hard to wake up in the mornings, especially early, I often sleep though my alarm on my phone, and when I was at college most days my mum would have to shout at me to get me up. So when I was asked to come in early to work today, I agreed before I knew what time it was, I thought I would be safe…I then was told it would be starting at 7.30AM. Little panic, but said I would do it already. Plus I get to finish at 2.30, so can still go to the gym. I then remembered that my parents go away on holiday on Saturday, meaning I would have to get myself up in the mornings, I dont normally start work until the evenings, so dont have a problem with it.
So, I did a little search online to see what I could do, people said go to bed early, which is all very well, but I just wasn’t tired, I dont get tired until around 2AM at the moment. I found a really cool website, that woke me up!
Kukuklok allows you to set the time you want the alarm to go off, and the sound you want, I picked the ‘slayer guitar’ as it was the loudest, then just turn your volume up and wait for the morning!

MICHAEL Jackson’s former housekeeper today reveals how the star would lock boys in his bedroom for days, plying them with booze before sexually abusing them.
Source
I’m not defending Jackson in anyway, someone who isn’t guilty doesn’t spend millions (billions?) of dollars paying people off, almost bankrupting them in the process, but what I cant understand is why she’s talking about it now?
“Every night I went home feeling sick to my stomach,” said Adrian, 47, one of the Neverland Five who sued him for wrongful dismissal. “He was a lonely, deranged, sick human tragedy.
If she went home every night feeling sick, why didn’t she do something about it? It says in the article that someone took what Jackson said as a death threat, but surely if you where that worried about what was happening, you would do something about it? Witness protection?

Finally, my back is no longer hurting, every so often it gets itchy, but just spray some aftersun on and its fine, hopefully I’ll get a tan soon.
Looking forward to this week, parents are away for the week, so home alone, well, will be tomorrow, Nan is staying over tonight to help with Ewan before he goes to respite for the week, and then I’ll be home alone.
Looking forward to going to work again, starting to get bored not having anything to do, doesn’t help that I got sun burn so couldn’t do much anyway, got myself some overtime as well, agreed to it before I knew what time it was…start at 7.30AM…I’m not a early morning person at all…so should be fun.
Watching The Zodiac at the moment, had a few people say its worth watching, and finally had time to sit down and watch it, started watching it, but it was over 2 and a half hours long, and started watching it at 3AM…so soon changed my mind.

Not really done much today, went to the beach yesterday and forgot to put some sun cream on, the result, a burnt back and front, its not hurting as much now, but last night it was hurting like hell, was still up at 5am due to the pain. Needless to say, I wont be making that mistake again. However, did have fun at the beach.
Enjoying my time off work at the moment, was worried that I would be bored, but sorting out KierNet, going to the gym and beach has sorted that out, need to phone the Uni to defer to next year, but not sure who I need to phone yet, so got to try and find that tomorrow.
Decided that I’m going to take a year out, earn some money and do some voluntary work at the local special needs school and respite home, also applied to the Police Specials, the plan is, join the Specials, if I enjoy it, do that for 2/3 years (They ask for around 3 years before moving on, but think that is just there to stop people leaving after a few months and all), earn some money while working at Tesco’s still, maybe do some of the training they do (manager/team leader) and then apply for the police full time. Thats the plan anyway, hope it works out, this is the main reason I’ve been going to the gym as well, little worried about the fitness test, reckon I can do the weight test (need to push/pull a average of 34kg/35kg), its the bleep test, not done one for a few years, and cant work out how long I need to run for and at what speed. I’ve heard different things from different places, so if anyone knows how long I need to run for to pass, I’ve heard that I need to run 1.5 miles in under 11 minutes, but not 100% sure.
Talking of the gym, didn’t go today because of my sunburn, not been able to move my arms very much, but going swimming and to the gym tomorrow to make up for it.

I’ve added Clip of the week again, I didn’t really have time when I’m working, and often forget, hopefully weekly I wont forget. Also added links to my Facebook, Twitter and RSS Feeder at the bottom of the page, along with a Tag Cloud, going to be adding a few more things soon.
Really enjoying my time off at the moment, been my first week off where I’ve not had college or school work, so its nice having to do nothing, been going to the gym though, getting ready for the fitness test for the specials, also lost a stone, which I’m pleased about. Getting into the habit of going to the gym daily now, isn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Only annoying thing is my jeans keep falling down at the moment, and its another week and a bit until pay day when I can get a belt.
I’ve seen a great iPhone app, gives up upto date locations of F1 drivers during a race, along with sector times, only thing I’m not too keen about is that its £4.99 a time, which is rather annoying, but could be useful if you aren’t able to watch it live, cant find a link for it at the moment though, trying to find the name for it in the F1 Racing magazine.
Just found the links Apptism.com and Pisspass.com, along with F1.com, bit confused that Apptism.com are saying that its $30, while F1 Racing Magazine is saying its £4.99 for each weekend.
My boss went balilstic yesterday because i popped out to buy some cigaretes from the nearest high street.
Mind you, he does have a point.
I work on an oil rig.

For those who have been to the site before, you’ll notice a new layout, I wanted something very simple and clean, and this is what I’ve come up with, I will be changing a few things in next few days, I cant yet work out how to get rid of the ‘bold’ parts on the comments page, if someone can help me, that would be great!
I plan on using KierNet as a personal blog, along with what was on the site before, useful websites, and the clip of the day (although, will most likely change to clip of the week).
Only a small post today, as I’m rather tired, I’m off work for the rest of the week, so I’ll be sorting the rest of the site out.
